Paddle Vancouver stands by its products and expects nothing less than perfection. If you have received a defective product (i.e. stitching defect, tear in the material), please contact us immediately at 604-336-5570 so that we can assist you with the returns/exchange process.
Exchanges & Refunds
All exchanges and refunds must be completed within 30 days of receipt date and can be made for unused/unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Exchanges and refunds made after the 30 days will receive MERCHANDISE CREDIT. All exchanges should include copy of your original receipt or online order packing list. Please circle the item you wish to exchange and include a note explaining exactly what you need in exchange. The customer is responsible for bringing or sending the items back to our store, and any related charges to get the items to our store. However, for clearance priced items or for exchanges shipped from remote areas, the customer may be responsible for shipping fees both ways. Once received, your exchange will take 7 business days to process.
Paddles are all final sale. No exchange or refunds.

All returns should include the original packing slip indicating which items you are returning and a brief note describing the reason for the return. An exchange or return can be made for unwashed/unworn and originally packaged merchandise.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable for lost packages. Returns received without the original packing slip will not be processed. We recommend that you return your items via an insured carrier service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Once received, your refund will take 5-7 business days to process. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for your credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
If you do not have your receipt we need to be able to verify the date of purchase and the reason for the return. Paddle Vancouver retains the right to process the return if timing exceeds manufacturer's warranty or date of purchase cannot be verified. You will be required to provide a government issued picture ID and provide your name, telephone number and postal code for the transaction.
Refunds approved on Remote Transactions will not include shipping costs and applicable taxes on shipping.
